Round 6 v St George (Team List)

It will be an interesting team list this week.

Will Anasta move to 6 and Miller back in at 7?
Will Tedesco be moved to 1?
Is Fulton fit and does he make a straight swap for Akauola on the bench and start with the same pack as last night?

I believe Anasta will be a better mentor for Miller than Marshall and would go with that. It also allows the pack to remain as per last night and Potter only needs to 'hide' 1 defender,

1 Ted

6 BA

7 Moltz, Miller

I was very, very happy with Braith's performance last night.

We went wrong in attack when we went to Marshall for attacking options

His face balls intended for Reddy were pure garbage when Braith had the left edge set for a raid

Its going to create a huge attacking problem regardless as most of our attack is through Bob and Benji.
Although a change at 5/8 might be refreshing as Benji is looking quite the has-been.

Id be going with Moltzen or Milky at half and Anasta at 5/8, Ted to FB.

Will Blair be suspended for his stupid leg pull last night?

This is spot on what I'd like to see named and hopefully Tedesco has a massive game and then when Marshall is fit again we can say goodbye to Moltzen forever.

No way would I drop Lawrence and keep Reddy.

Lawrence can improve a long way, reddy can't.

I'd prefer

1. Tedesco
2. Nofoaluma
3. Lawrence
4. Ayshford
5. Simona
6. Anasta
7. Moltzen
8. Woods
9. Farah
10. Buchanan
11. Thompson
12. Fulton
13. Blair

14. Bell
15. Murdoch Masila
16. Seumanufagai
17. Akauola

Is Sironen fit for 5/8? I'd rather blood the up and comer if available. (also gives WT increased bargaining power in negotiations with Benji on extending contract)

I know people will be quick to flick off Joel Reddy, but especially last night I think he did well. Especially under the high ball - At least better than Moltzen.

If Marshall is out, Anasta to 5/8th, Moltzen to half - simply so Tedesco can be fullback. He has been found out in defence on the wing twice in two weeks. He needs to be playing his natural position at the back.

I think I may have caught the Sheens'.

For mine I would run with

1. Tedesco
2. Lawrence

3. Simona
4. Ayshford
5. Reddy

6. Fulton
7. Anasta

8. Woods
9. Farah
10. Buchanan
11. Thompson
12. Blair
13. Bell

14. BMM
15. Seumanufagai
16. Pettybourne
17. Akauola

We looked at our best with Anasta and Farah running the show and kicking. Add Teddy to the mix as a proper fullback and I think we benefit from the defensive starch Liam brings and he has a decent pass and runs a great line

Would think Anasta was the better 7 than Moltzen.

Moltzen's one redeeming aspect is he is a good hole runner and can pass when in space. He can't organise a ruck and doesn't have the vision of (I can't believe I'm saying this) Anasta.

Be better only making two changes instead of three by moving Ted to 1 and Moltzen to 6. It also means that Farah and Anasta can work on their combination given Braith is probably going to be there when Benji gets back.

In all seriousness, I think we'll struggle against you lot after last nights performance. Benji wasn't responsible for your good show against Melbourne (Farah, Anasta, Woods etc were the driving force) so his injury isn't likely to change their performance against us.

I don't know the status of Sironen at the moment regarding injury but gee, him at 6 and Anasta at 7, has there ever been a bigger set of halves? Not just for us but in the NRL ever....It would be interesting to know.

Thompson is free to play with an early guily plea according to MMM.

I think we will fight Blair's charge, there was absolutely nothing in it.
