Some brave tips there Ozbash (Salford, Harlequins) - but who are we to argue with a 6/6...?

That Hull FC win was achieved without Cooke and Carvell, 2 key players for HFC and one of the stars was Tommy Lee.
When they are back at full strength i'd like to see Lee keep his spot in the halfback spot and maybe look at putting Horne in the centres with Yeaman.

A few injury worries for teams mounting up after this round...

http://www.superleague.co.uk/news/4763

Warrington Wolves and Hull KR are both anxiously waiting to discover the extent of potentially-serious injuries to key players.

Great Britain forward Adrian Morley will go to hospital on Monday for scans on the eye socket he fractured on his Warrington debut five weeks ago, while Rovers captain James Webster is awaiting X-rays on a suspected broken ankle.

Both were hurt in the Wolves’ 30-12 engage Super League victory at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.

Morley, returning ahead of schedule following treatment in a hyperbaric chamber, lasted just 17 minutes of his Warrington home debut after clashing heads with team-mate Paul Johnson.

“He took a bang right on the same point,” said Wolves coach Paul Cullen.

“There is nothing conclusive yet and we will take time to re-assess it.”

Webster, influential in Hull KR’s impressive start to the season, sustained his injury on the stroke of half-time but coach Justin Morgan insisted his loss was not a factor in his side’s second defeat.

“It’s certainly no excuse,” he said. “Warrington were without both their half-backs from the first minute. At least we had him for the first 40.

“We didn’t come with the right attitude. Credit must go to Warrington, who had key players in key positions not playing.

“They challenged us and got the result. We tried to solve our problems on an individual basis. We didn’t work together.”

Warrington ran in six tries to gain a measure of revenge for last year’s shock Challenge Cup defeat by Rovers and strike a psychological blow ahead of their fourth-round clash later this month.

Jon Clarke and Vinnie Anderson provided a useful stop-gap half-back partnership in the absence of Lee Briers and Chris Bridge, while Clarke, Michael Sullivan and Ben Westwood shared the goalkicking duties, landing a conversion apiece.

Clarke also scored two of his side’s tries and winger Henry Fa’afili came up with an eye-catching performance after switching to the second row.

“Our performance and efforts were borne out of respect for Hull Kingston,” added Cullen.

“We knew we had to be very good defending at the ruck and everyone had a dig.

“We held our shape and Vinnie and Jon played very well, as did Michael Sullivan and Mark Gleeson.”

Wakefield Trinity Wildcats’ Fijian winger Semi Tadulala is facing a lay-off of two to three months with a broken forearm.

The 29-year-old former Melbourne Storm player, who was the Wildcats’ leading tryscorer last season with 17 touchdowns, sustained the injury in Friday night’s 32-26 defeat by Leeds Rhinos.

"He’s broken his ulna but it’s a clean break," said coach John Kear.

"He’s having an operation this (Saturday) afternoon and will be out for between eight and 12 weeks but we know from his previous injuries that he’s a quick healer."

The injury is likely to create an opening for former Castleford Tigers winger Waine Pryce, who has fully recovered from a badly-broken leg and played a full match for the academy on Friday.

"One’s misfortune is another man’s opportunity and Waine is now match-fit and as keen as mustard," added Kear.

Salford City Reds’ early-season struggle took a turn for the worse with a 25-6 home defeat by Wigan Warriors and the loss of two key forwards to injury.

Captain and hooker Malcolm Alker sustained knee medial ligament damage while second-rower Mark Edmondson could be facing a lengthy lay-off with another shoulder injury.

"Mark is on a stretcher waiting to go to hospital," said Reds coach Karl Harrison. "It’s been an expensive night on the injury front."

Salford, fresh from a 56-18 hammering by Bradford Bulls, are next to bottom of engage Super League with just one win from their first six matches.

They improved their defence but lacked ideas in attack and had to wait until injury time before scoring their only try through centre Kevin McGuinness.

"Our guys never stopped trying but it’s just not happening for us at the moment," said Harrison.

"We’re not building any kind of pressure, which is disappointing.

"Wigan got the luck of the bounce in scoring the first try which proved conclusive in the end."

The try in question, from full-back Chris Ashton three minutes before half-time, edged Wigan into an 8-2 lead and second-half touchdowns from Mark Calderwood and skipper Sean O’Loughlin clinched a third win of the season for the Warriors.

"It was a good win for us," said coach Brian Noble. "We always knew it was going to be tough and so it proved.

"Had we executed better in the first half, we could have been further ahead.

"The amount of opportunities we are creating is encouraging and we have started showing signs of fluency. Once we get some consistency, we will be a threat."
