Oregon will be easily more valuable than TPJ.

TPJ might have a higher ceiling but Oregon seems willing to work a lot harder. TPJ is more experienced but still goes missing more often than not.

I've only seen Stefano play a few times. I agree Kafusi seems a nice hard working guy but Stefano looked to have a higher ceiling. By memory he ran about 70mtrs before anyone caught him. Fast for a guy who is 115kgs.
