Lots of positive feedback from both Crusaders fans, Wrexham fans and people who went for there first game last night on the forums, here's another post from a Wrexham football fan who's deciding whether to go to the Wrexham football game or the Crusaders game which both take place next saturday:
"4 Wxm season ticket holders here in the same dilema, however, after the buzz we all got last night we really, REALLY are swaying towards being sat in Huddersfield instead of our usual seats in the ERS.
Like so many other fans on here we've not missed a home game for what seems like an eternity (specially with whats been on offer for the last couple of seasons) but game after game with the Crusaders the team give 110% effort and commitment which on recent seasons has seemed lacking in the football. The Crusaders support is always positive even when the score isn't in our favour - unlike the football. The players also genuinely appear to appreciate the fans support which is rereshing.
So then, original dilema - frustrated, negative and generally pee'd off when leaving the footie, which has been the norm over the last couple of seasons whether it is lack of players commitment, crap officials, useless tactics by the clueless manager OR - enthusiastic, positive and generally optimistic regardless of the score when watching Crusaders when you see such effort and general commitment, not so many crap officials, good tactics by a very clued up coach and all in all a cracking day...... at the end of the day its only 1 game missing at the footie - yeh we've paid for it, but we'll be back... moaning and a groaning when we play Southport. You never know after the next 2 games we may even see some positivity sneak back to the footie with a couple of decent results.
now where is my road atlas????"
