I've uploaded seperate PNGs will all the shading bits in so people can use them outside of Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro or anything else that wont open photoshop files.
It's easier if your program supports layers, so you can adjust the transparency and fade them in and out of the jersey.
They are all in 512x512.
