We've gotten a bit of talent from Melbourne.

Rule number 1 of recruiting should be, whoever you recruit, make sure they're going to be coached by somebody who knows what they're doing.

Greg Inglis was only let go because of salary cap issues, pretty much everyone allowed to leave is just a support player for the Big 3, not that important in the big picture.

Never ever ever sign a player from Melbourne

Depends on the player.

The rule should be to sign Melbourne players with caution that the current club can provide the necessary means to re-emulate his Melbourne success or possible new role future playing success that attracts the new club to wanting to recruit that player.

Greg Inglis. Gun.

Brett White. Spud? Kaufusi?

Jeremy Smith. I would say was gun for a quite a while after.

Adam Blair, depends on the cattle around him and the role he is to play as shown by his Brisbane form as against his Tigers form.

fmd, way to overcomplicate a simple thread you idiots.
No surprise Antilag carries over his struggle to understand cricket into the Rugby League season.

Koroibete will be a superstar for parramatta

Well he's twice the player Semi is and the difference for him is that he was a good player before he went there. The Tigers were geniused and picked a 35 year old Pat Richards ahead of him cause he could do high kick offs.

Our Melbourne pickups have mostly been good ones. Dallas Johnson and Justin O'Neill are probably the best examples, Rory Kostjaysin is no superstar but does exactly the job we need him for. Antonio Kaufusi was the only real dud i can remember getting from them.

For Souths.
Crocker was great for us
Greg Inglis was the key to our premiership
Walker is coming along nicely, Hymel Hunt as well
Lima was a handy player the year he played for

Sisa Waqa been a pretty handy pick up for us. Probably should be in the side ahead of Rapana
