Yep, we have no line in the sand - we gave Lodge a contract.yeah, this, I am no expert on JAC's history, but on field he's a great addition, and off field, well, given Manu I am not sure why we'd have a problem

Manu teaching others not to follow in his footsteps is far more beneficial to society than accepting someone who continues to lie.Manu was a f**king meth dealer, that's next level in terms of the behaviour, the harms it leads to, and indeed the drug itself which is a f**king scourge.
Why should JAC not want to continue playing - and again, he's hardly the Lone Ranger amongst NRL players being linked to using cocaine once

I understand the strong emotions surrounding meth in New Zealand, we all have stories about its devastating impact. But rather than condemning someone who has lost our trust, giving Manu a second chance to make things right would lead to a better outcome than simply locking the door and throwing away the key.
Context is everything Meth, you remind me of some of shit tabloid sites that copy and paste snippets from the whole conversation. Keep reaching for something that's not there.@Wheeled Warrior you're basically losing an argument to yourself at this point.

False dichotomy.
Wow, you're really reaching. No, it's very much there and clearly. @JJ remembers it.
Why don't you have a chat to yourself and figure out which one of you thinks what you think. Is it the Wheeled Warrior who is wants to give a convicted meth importer a role mentoring our young players and is 'unsure of why people are harping on about the harms of importing meth', or is it the Wheeled Warrior who wants to 'guard our young guns from the influence' of a player who allegedly engaged in the harmful recreational drugs?
but for a minor incident JAC doesn't deserve a chance? As above, we've signed worse, and have Vatuvei involvedManu teaching others not to follow in his footsteps is far more beneficial to society than accepting someone who continues to lie.

I'm open to JAC coming over if he changes his stance and admits his wrongdoing. This could then serve as a valuable tool to keep our emerging talent in check as they rise through the ranks. We all know that many of our young players come from disadvantaged backgrounds, some with connections to criminal elements within their family or friend circles.but for a minor incident JAC doesn't deserve a chance? Yea that wasnt great; his father in law did some good things but that wasn't one of them. He signed AFB too.Yep, we have no line in the sand - we gave Lodge a contract.
Agree, he's got the onfield runs on the board for sure. But he (and Dallin) will be 30 next year, that feels back end for a specialist winger, especially if outright pace is your biggest weapon.Obviously we won't have JAC, but we always bemoan the lace of pace and quality on the wings - he is both... we spend a lot of money on DWZ...
Ive never understood how the Warriors have failed to find a fijian winger worth his salt at league. Look at all the fijians that have played for the ABs. Is that the main factor? They all want to play Union?Isaako would be great for us. Shoulda pinched him from Brisbane before the Dolphins did.
Or unearth a young gun in NZ, fast quality wings should be a dime a dozen really.
Nope to JAC. I think his speed might be rapidly declining too...

Yep, and recently extended to 2027 and elevated to top 30, so hopefully might see first grade next seasonI thought Pasikala was the young, fast winger we had high hopes for?
