Where have the Graham to Parra / Roosters come from?

I doubt he'd go to both...both have established halves. And with Roosters after Dugan, Carney goes to five-eight.

This is what would peeve me about Re-Signing Petero.

If it meant losing Graham/McKendry/Coote...I'd rather keep three guys who are our future of the club.

I haven't heard anything about the Wade Graham from this side of the fence, but just out of interest, would he be able to make a good fist of lock? he's got the size to have a go at it...

my concern has always been the time its taking to deal with petero jennings pritchard. No real talks can start with anyone else till they are done

petero is now done.

jennings i was told was done but so far no announcment so maybe not done
pritchard has had a deal on the table for a long time but not signed as yet

time to get hard and get it signed

Don't know where all these Graham rumours are coming from but there was a Graham --> Tigers rumour on PI too!

Which doesn't really make sense either considering the Tigers have halves coming out their backside with Moltzen, Lui, Marshall, Taumata, Lazarus, etc.

Lets hope we keep him. :?

Coote is still signed until 2011 anyway so not too worried about him for now at least.
Worried about McKendry though... pretty reliable source murraymob?
Not worried about F. Puletua.

Yep and now the clowns are talking about Inglis. We must re-sign: Coote, Gordon, Jennings, Graham, Pritchard, Grant, McKendry 1st. What's the hold up.

Bigfoot I have heard the same thing. He carved up for windsor at 7. Sheens was there watching that

He's off contract next year maybe as an option if you'ss lose Keating. He should be our 5/8 so hopefully he stays

Wade reminds me so much of Brad Fittler it aint funny I hope that he does stay with the Panthers, as I feel that he hasn't had the benefit of playing behind our improved forward pack.

But I do believe his futre is as a lock and not as a replacement for Luke Lewis but I se it as a natural progression in the years to come the Australian selectors have already indicated that they see Luke as a second rower.

the mckendry rumour is coming from some kiwis who are usually pretty close to the mark.Makes sense to as he is on base salary now and with every one else up for contract he may have to wait till they table a offer

Luke still has a good 5-6 years left with the Panthers. When retirement does happen Bryce Cartwright will be ready to fill his shoes :D

Wade Graham is stuck between a rock and a hard place. He will never play lock all the time L Lewis' bum points to the ground. He is too slow for a 5/8th.

The only future I see for Wade is to get stuck into the weights and plenty of angry pills, and try and become a Greg Bird style 5/8th with additional ball skills to boot.

I see him staying in the 5/8 role while he's with us. Lewis should be our lock for the next 5 years, but I'd say Graham would play a rather similar game to him. We'd just use all three of Lewis, Graham and Coote at second receiver in different situations or plays.
Coote and Graham I'd use for long range kicking.
Walsh and Coote for attacking kicks.
Graham for spreading the ball.
Lewis and Graham would be used as running options.

If we use Walsh as the conductor I think he could put it all together.

Graham will be a star when he gets enough experience and playing time in first grade in the halves.

Don't get me wrong Wade Graham has his strengths, but breaking the line ain't one them and a young Brad Fittler use to break the line for fun.
