I live in Penrith and we get a local paper delivered fridays called the Western Weekender. Big Daryl Brohman writes a column called Outrageous where he talks about league matters.
In this weeks edition he mentions your captain Clinton Schifcofske.
He reckons Schifcofske will invoke a get out clause he has in his contract (Change of coach) and play in England next year.
Don't know if he has inside info or he's just filling up space in his column.

Firstly, I think Brohman has never contributed anything useful to commentary on league-related matters - ever. Total waste of space.

I think he's talking out his arse on this issue - Schif seems pretty happy and settled here, doing well with the captaincy... can't see it happening.

in light of that topic my wifes good friends with nicole croker (toots) wife and at the begining of the year they went to a raiders function for their wives and partners and clintons wife was saying he did have a clause in the contract where if theres a change of coach he could end the deal - so he might be talking out his arse but hes on the right wavelength.

Im a penrith local and happened to catch this. all i did was laugh, Daryl is known around penrith for talking alot of sh*t, he claims to have the inside word on everything and rarely right, but as with a golly fat man, you dont bag him for it, you laugh him, as you simply cant hate a jolly fat man... its the santa clause syndrome!

in closing, schif will not invoke this clause, that im extremely confident about, expecially now Brohman has said he will!
