In other news, sacked Sydney Roosters centre Joseph "BJ" Leilua will resurrect his NRL career at Newcastle after signing with the Knights.

The move will give Leilua the opportunity to reconnect with Wayne Bennett, whom he knew coming through the junior ranks at St George Illawarra.
