Fingers cross he does, and double fingers crossed, that Packer is not a Panther.
All over reacting, to the point where we only have two actual props if Zane and Leniu leave, that being JFH and Leota, as much as both Zane and Packer have had pasts, they have had good games between them over the past few seasons, i'd be upset if we are left skinny in the forwards, due to past behavioural standards, everyone should have a chance to redeem themselves, not just be painted by the same moral brush, we've already moved on Tamou, mr squeeky clean, we need some mongrel, Zane, Leniu, Leota all produce that, im actually looking forward to seeing who else will get recruited that has grunt, and if it's Packer I'm all for it

As much as I'd like Ivan to take Packer off our hands, taking my Tigers hat off he has been a colossal disappointment and would only be worth it if Penrith were picking him up at base wage (not sure how that works these days with market value etc,) but I'd be staying away if I were your lot. He hasn't been the same since he injured his knee in his first season with us.

Hasn't he had foot and hip problems too?

I learnt some facts over the years. Talent just doesn't run away. The coaching staffs have more insight into the team than we have.

Many 12 months were railing about Barrett being brought back as attack coach.

I've realised over many years that instead off cliff jumping perhaps we need to sit back and see how this unfolds.

Probably means Penrith have opportunity to fly under the rader for 2021 season.

I'll wait and see some games (probably mid year) before calling for smelling salts.

Not being awful but how good is the rehab staffs and facilities at w/t (especially in previous years) Maybe coaches think there is still more to get ?

Just a thought. Cause even at 80% Packer can be quite good.

Only though at very reduced cost.

We are not going to keep everybody and I can understand people's concerns with recent departures. There might be 1 more soon. As long as we can keep a core of the players together and keep producing good young players, added with a few shrewd purchases we will be fine.

Must be Tetevano.

He's had plenty of time to get right. Spent a lot of time in reggies at times because I don't think Madge sees him as a first choice prop.

Our injuries and rehab appear to be better than years gone. For a period we were f**king hopeless and I think it corresponded with Dr. Death's time at the club. Although we are based in demountables until our COE is completed (which I believe is late next year,) I would wager that we are probably renting other facilities in the meantime.
