That is the big think going forward that will keep us competitive. Stability in coaching staff and the juniors coming through

As long as you keep the players you need to keep and they reach their full potential. Sadly we have struggled on both accounts here over the years.

That is true but been heading the right way. No we have class at the top end of the roster time to take advantage

Hit hit firmly on head.

The world is not ending, and it's not to hell in a handbasket either.

Everyone is signed up for 2021.

So living quite firmly in reality.

Bar any major issues the top 17 is set and looks top 4.

Should we not re-sign Leinu going forward. We will have time and money to replace him. Will make sure we sign JFH etc off contract 12 months later

You know that, yet, in your opinion, the club is having trouble with contracts.... how strange.
I love it how you make some solid, yet inaccurate, assumptions about a perfect stranger. I see that I need to explain, or dumb down, my comments so you can understand what I've said. Has Stephen Crichton signed his extension yet? Has Spencer Leniu signed his extension yet? The same applies to Issah Yeo and Jerome Liau? The answer is no. That is what I am getting at.

You have taken that comment the wrong way. I have already explained that to you. If you do not understand that, Luke, that is on YOU, not me.

This is false.
Look at this year's side. 2 of the best wingers in comp. Two of the better props. An origin lock and 2nd rower.
And an international hooker/lock in B.Smith coming off the bench.

I said they don’t have *many* non spine *superstars*, not that they didn’t have *any*

Josh Addo Carr is in the superstar category, but I wouldn’t class their props there. Although they’re still good. Playing origin/internationals doesn’t necessarily make someone a superstar.

Their teams have always been built around the spine, with mostly role/system players in other positions. Many of those guys are still good players, but the focus is the spine.

You won’t replace Leniu with the same quality for the same price, bringing people in from other clubs always costs more.

It’s interesting seeing people trying to rationalise the possibility of losing Leniu, if they don’t re-sign him the off season has been a failure. There’s no way to spin it.

Bullshit. If they match any offer they are stupid not smart. That a ridiculous way of looking at it.
