No but being the best player in a premiership winning side certainly would. He has been pretty terrible at rep level and dropped off a cliff post origin this year but that doesn't negate everything else he has done. He's one of the top halfbacks in the game and one of the few that actually has an all round game. It's pretty hard to find a young halfback of that quality at the moment.
