You need to look at facts and take off your blindfold. Let's see the Roosters lost the following rep players - Maloney (NSW Origin player); RTS (NZ Test Player); Jennings (NSW Origin and Aust Test player); SKD (NZ Test Player); Aiden Guerra (Qld Origin player); Mitchell Pearce (NSW Origin Player). Yet in the same period they signed the following rep players - James Tedesco (NSW origin and Aust Test Player); and Cooper Cronk (Qld Origin and Aus Test Player). So the only person kidding themself is you. Have a nice day
How can you lot keep swallowing the media bullshit time and time again? It's getting beyond ridiculous how gullible you r-tards are now.
Only issue I'll take with that list is that when the Roosters re-signed RTS he was a 19yo with 6 first grade games to his name. Let's not pretend like he was being paid as a top fullback and international when he left.
Luke Keary isn't a rep player but wasn't he signed for 700k+? JWH, Cordner, Friend, Fergo, Mitchell and Napa wouldn't exactly be on chump change either + Cronk and Teddy are on a bit of course I read somewhere that Roosters have about 10-13 players that haven't even played NRL yet in the top 30, so say they were all on minimum wage that measns more than 90% of the cap would be tied up on your top 17 Personally don't think they're rorting if you look at it logically, but the way they've managed their cap is a weird one. Robinson is pretty much hoping for an injury free season otherwise you're going from Tedesco to a rookie that hasn't had a taste of NRL
Quick !! The Commercial TV news is on now. Better hurry or you'll miss all their truths. p.s. I'm 49. I wish I was young again.
Great list. Really puts it into perspective. Another myth busted. Not that it will stop the simpletons that like to make themselves feel better about their own clubs shortcomings.
It's not just who the roosters bought it's also the contract upgrades like Boyd Cordiner who reportly is on 800k now for 5 years.
