It's funny how Seibold was quoted in the papers this morning as telling McCullough that he had a place at the Broncos and Seibold was not chasing Cook.

You can bet your bottom dollar that Seibold was chasing Cook as hard as he possibly could and only gave up this morning when Cook would have informed him that he was staying with Souths.

As much as Seibold was lauded for his brilliant game plan in 2018, when it all boils down to it, his plan was the same as the one Madge employed when we won the comp in 2014. Big props finding their stomachs and a quick play the ball and a running hooker capitalising on that. The only difference is that when we got a roll on last year we went to an edge rather than continuing to hammer straight up the middle. Seibold has a different team now with different strengths and it will be interesting to see if he can find those strengths at the broncos and make the most of them. A lot more pressure to perform in Brisbane now than he had at Souths last year.

He also forgot he had a spare player on the bench.

Excellent post and very much on the money.

It must be said that he did turn the twins' handling around and had them running like machines. That helped them immensely rather than spilling the pill half the time. He also had the luxury of Reynolds playing a hell of a lot more too. Not as injury prone in 2018. Cody Walker became very deceptive at the line too.

I keep reading and hearing Dave Furner was responsible for the attack. True????

Why do you say that?

Because for at least next year he will be at manly.

If you are talking for 2020 onwards, it will solely depend on how manly go on and off the field next season, and then the bidding can start, but the sharks will be more desperate with Gallen retiring, and Easts main recruitment focus will be replacing Cooper.

Souths game plan also relied on just blatantly walking off the mark to the play the ball and giving cook all the space he needs. As soon as they needed to follow the rules they suddenly weren’t world beaters anymore

Then he should be right in his element at Brisbane

People are going to all sorts of lengths to rationalise/dismiss the Rabbitohs performance in 2018. Maybe this is a hangover of the antipathy BunniesMan caused in halcyon days of lol@souffs . A lot of teams aim for fast play-the-balls and a lot of teams walk off the mark. Truth is Souths were good enough to exploit it because they were quite brilliant right across the park and have a lot of very good to excellent players. Maybe.

Well ever since they actually needed to get the down the other end of the field all by themselves they have needed a new plan. Plus marks for seibold there

How in the hell is Garry Lo playing in some shitty French league? That guy is a machine. He would kill it in the NRL.

With all this interest in France, I'm guessing you might be Albert's gay alt ?
Of course, there is nothing wrong with being that.
You know, being Albert's alt.
