What good are latrell and co gonna be if they are always pinned in their own 20

Our ability to bring the ball back from kicks is greatly enhanced this season.
Our forwards will be greatly improved as well.
I think your misjudging our forwards.

Murray, Burgess & Cook will all have big years and I expect massive improvment from Lowe, Knight, Tatola & Su'a
Nichols will be much better this year as well.

Kepp an eye out for a yoiung prop by the name of Koloamatangi

That lot will be more than capable of giving our backs some room to move

Not having Surgess to abuse the refs into giving penalties will be sorely missed.

Why can't Souths be like the Roosters and build success from within, rather than be a transit lounge club buying big name players and casting unwanted players aside.

You are correct , forwards do win big games.

Perhaps this is why Souths are trying to close on Arrow.

Given the injuries and suspensions George and Sam and slowing down of Sutton , I think with Arrow and emergence/development of younger bridge , Souths can be stronger in the forwards in 2020 vs 2019.



Souths won the Jersey Flag 2019 and were top 4 in reserves ,I am confident there will be some young talent ready to plug Souths forwards.
