Purdue would be sick (at 3/4) but he seems to want to play in the halves and hasnt looked the best there. Seems like parra is prioritising lorenzo and lincoln for those positions down the line. Unless dearden or strange became available (less than 1% chance) i cant imagine were looking for a halves player.

Out of sheer boredom whilst driving I listened to a short amount of the Talkin Parra podcast to see what Haynes comments on things were. Oh my god. First of all, the fact people listen to that is bizarre. 2nd is I had to turn it off, Hayne is the most braindead player by a long shot.

I was Haynes biggest fan, I still argue a case for him being up there in the most raw talented athlete I have seen play our game but oh my god is he dumb. The absolute waffle he was going on about and lack of understanding around the Lomax stuff etc was infuriating to say the least.

Anyway. He will always be a legend player for me but f me I hope they keep him at a distance from any current players, he dead set needs a head injury assessment.

He was bog average but showed some promise his last 7-8 games. His start to year was ordinary but then he started to show glimpses of hope. His last month prior to injury he began playing some good footy. But he is still raw. Let in some easy try's with dogshit defense. He suprised me but I am still not 100% all in one him. Id say him and Kelma are level but J.Williams is above both.
Id love Kitone to become a superstar just to rub egg in Gould's face.
But lets be honest. Joash and Samrani the other 2 they let go are never going to be huge losses. Kitone at this stage is the potential diamond in the rough

I rate Kautoga.

I'm not sure if he will reach superstar status, but I think he can become in the tier just below elite (ie: rep regular for Fiji, good enough to garner 3 points on occasion in Dally M voting, etc).

He will never be Fifita, or Kikau, level, but I can see him becoming Glenn Morrison-type (for lack of a better comparison).

His rate of improvement this year was exceptional.

Yeah it’s a shame he couldn’t develop under the coach that turned Papali’i, Niukore and Kaufusi into big money players, and got career best form out of RCG, Lane, Matterson and Nrown.

I'm not a fan of Brad Arthur's, but credit where it is due - those players played really well for us under his leadership.

Like any coach, he’s got his limitations. I think he’s best suited to a low budget environment like the UK or Wests. Or Parra prior to completing funding commitments to the CoE.
