I can't say for sure that the story is about Junior specifically, but this seems to have legs. Junior has allegedly been talking up BA to his team mates...

Now that he is experiencing Ricky Stuart coaching for a 2nd consecutive season, and not just the 1st year honeymoon period, Stuart's methods might be wearing thin... If he was coached by a potplant while he was at Parra, Junior would be talking that up too right now I reckon!

The massive train on squad and his form and fitness last year was certainly better than it is this year. If Canberra are shopping forwards around and despite the off season he will need to regain some fitness its a possibility.

I would rather Boyd or Tapine BUT I wouldn't be upset to see Junior back.

I actually don't rate Boyd. Averages fewer metres and tackles than Alvaro and doesn't run the ball that hard or that often. Supremely overrated player IMO. Paulo has his flaws defensively but he's a far better player than Boyd I reckon.

Sticky's biggest problem is he has fat over weight forwards, he tried to fatten up some of our forwards when he was here too.
Props get fat they become lazy and lose their stamina.
You can have Big body props but not fat lazy ones.

You ever been involved with organisational recruitment and/or been a woman? Because I've done both and I can tell you there is such thing as an alpha male. It's just not the steroid filled psycho covered in tattoos that many men seem to think it is. It's also not the mythical being many other men claim it to be.

There is also a grey area between alpha and not alpha, and therefore slight mobility between the categories.

Only thing is I don't know if we'd be keen on paying im what the Raiders are paying him. And I don't see Stuart/Raiders letting him go elsewhere and picking up some of the tab for the next 2 years (he's signed until end of 2019 or 2018??)

The only other player that fits the bill is Brown... and as has been pointed out, surely the fact that he is playing his best footy under BA means it's unlikely to be him...

Both Boyd and Paulo are carrying too much weight.
They are fat, lazy and unfit and you can only blame the coach for that, both would excel under a different coach.

To back up your point, have a look at Vaughan this year. He looks toned and rock hard around the midriff. Looks like he could play centres if he had too.

It's still not an alpha male. I'm completely aware that the Stereosonic bros who think they are alphas are not, but neither is any human being. We are not ecologically evolved to produce "alpha" males. Just because a bloke has the innate ability to lead people does not make him an alpha male.

they changed the eligibility rules a few years ago so people like Sims would not be eligible for Queensland but seeing he'd already played under 20's for Queensland they weren't enforcing the rules retrospectively
