To be fair to Ram, Tepai hasnt leaped forward like some expected. He is improving slowly and steadily. I mentioned a few young backrowers early this year. YEO,Cnn,Hess,Crighton,cartwright,JFH,Aliaoi,Tepai sre you best young backrowers.
Crichton and Yeo have stepped up most this year.Followed by Hess.

Tepai is the best defender of the lot by quite a bit though.He hasnt broke out like the 3 mentioned.

Small list of young good backrowers though.I guess thst tells ypu most dont come good till 24+
