I think we nabbed Woods that season and Schulte
Besides our recruitment manager failing to identify him do you think we would have waited so long before he became the player he is. We'd be after the quick fix and give him the flick after 1 or 2 years.

Mitchell Moses is the key figure to the latest round of player merry-go-around negotiations.

The Eels are happy to let Moses walk and he is being hunted by both the Broncos and Warriors.

If he goes to the Warriors, it will be as the replacement for big-name halfback Shaun Johnson, who recently signed with Cronulla.

But if the Broncos snare him, that will see Brisbane utility Kodi Nikorima move to the Warriors to fill Johnson’s shoes.
Not sure if I'm happy with this or not. I'd like to see him remain and see if he comes good again.

I'm worried about young Brown with minimal ISP experience directing a team around with heaps of inexperience in the spine. A year too early for me but what do I know? BA must know more than me, I mean I've only wanted big forwards with skill at Parra for years, he persisted with small unskilful forwards for 5 years until now. Dunno what changed for next year to change his mindset but many of our forwards now fall into the large category, but he'll probably still pick Mannah for the opening game of the season. A man of habits he is if nothing else.

It would be Norman 'directing the team around'.

The rules changed this year to favour big forwards (except the Cowboys). That's why we've had to change from the pack that worked in previous years.

You need merkins like Mannah and Alvaro to cover for merkins like Junior Paulo in defence.

I'm inclined to think that it's mostly smoke and mirrors media rubbish speculation, and really not to be taken seriously, as most media articles are..

See this is why nobody takes you seriously. You will gibber on about unsubstantiated corruption at the IMF / World Bank when you have half a chance, yet when situations like above are proposed, you want empirical evidence or its not happening.

You're an idiot. Since you know my post history, you should have realised that I was just reversing the tables on Pou and that my position on rorting the cap is usually the complete opposite. He and Gary who just liked your post are generally the ones telling the rest of us that we don't know this and don't know that because we can't prove it.

I was just giving him back a little of his own medicine. I think most people would not take you very seriously with your left nut job team politics. Oh if you really think there is no evidence of IMF/World Bank e.t.c corruption and collusion you are definitely blind to realty.

Look at our own RBA shenanigans over the last few years for Pete's sake, which of course id only the tip of the iceberg. There have been countless media report and books on the subject of banking crimes and misbehaviour. Maybe you should try reading some of them. Maybe then you might realise that all our governments are owned by big business and therefore to "support" any political team is just a joke on you.

Oh and of course you'll find some way to dismiss this guys words and the rantings of a lunatic. Maybe because he is in the wrong team, not your team. But of course if he was in your team... genius.

The only times I ask for evidence is when the argument used to support that position is unclear. I’ll be the first to admit we don’t know all the facts. That’s very different from demanding proof whenever some merkin gives his opinion.

But if you’re going to give your opinion at least show your working. That’s what I do. There are facts (e.g. statistics) and we can draw logical inferences from these.

You keep saying that, and yet:

Tepai Moeroa
Danny Wicks
Daniel Alvaro
Brad Taikarangi
Ken Edward's

Are not small blokes.

Cool 3 way bidding war with Moses to Brisbane or NZ

If Dragons really want Norman (after the release of Mann) and the Broncos want Moses over Nikorima, that should work well in our favour. I assume that we would be able to release one player only to the highest bidder, hence reducing the 2019 subsidy as much as we can.

Unlike the Dogs with the Morris boys, Mbye etc we don’t have to release anyone.

Yeah doesn’t make sense to release both. Unless Salmon is currently swimming ahead of the school.
