I think there’s a degree of exclusivity to it. It’s not that he’s made bad players better which then created the culture. He fostered the culture, off the back of some talented, but more importantly, like minded players which then creates a flatter performance structure for bit part players.
How many of those lesser players have star performances inside their system opposed to outside? The flip side is of course how many shit performances do they have inside opposed to outside

The best example is Ricky Stuart. Wins a premiership in his first season at the Chooks, then eleven years later he's forgotten how to coach as he takes the spoon at Parra. A few years after that he's challenging for the top four with Canberra.

Arthur's biggest weaknesses as a coach are obvious:

1. His defensive tactics are garbage. We have never been a good consistent defensive team with him.
2. His bench rotations. Salmon at 14 and not hardly playing him. Will Smith etc etc.
3. He's bald.
