An underused term for a prop.throbbers
An underused term in general, IMHOAn underused term for a prop.
Apparently Dunster has resigned till 2025
Conversely, it could be a panic re-signing to curb all the backlash we’ve received for losing those aforementioned players. If we were a club that paid overs we would've kept the three mercenaries who were in a hurry to sign before the end of November.
Bearing in mind that a player at perfect retirement age is past his best. Nobody retires at the top anymore, if they ever did.end of 2026 at which stage he will be just short of turning 33. Perfect age for a prop to retire.
I can't see Jnr playing till he's 33, not after the way he finished off this season.
His experience will be a big asset though
Yep. From the player's perspective it's two extra years of guaranteed income that might not have been there at all if he'd tried to negotiate them at age 30. The uncertainty is all with the club, which means it's something the club is giving to the player. The trade off from the player will be less income in the preceding years. Two years to long imo. But his last two seasons are most likely at a lot lower cost. And may even be an option in clubs favour
I reckon we should play him off the bench can come on a cause some havoc with his agility and pace against tired fowards. Play Gutho at 13 and have French float around. Plenty of attacking flair if those two are on togetherI'm a big Bevan French fan - his form has been dynamite in the UK, and he is only 25.
He has seemingly matured during his time in the UK, too.
I hope we sign him.
About time he came home.
Unless of course you're Parra Eels and you backload a contract.Yep. You're accusing me of inconsistency? You're the one who thinks we lowball all the players who leave but pay overs for the ones who stay.Lol, you keep walking both sides of that street you crazy diamond
Just thinking if BA has chosen to say “winning the middle “, would there be so much blowback. Let’s face it, the prerequisite for success is exactly that, from U12 up, control the forward battle and more likely to control the game.
The fans seem to have more trouble with the phrase than the players.
Yeah like the board and the chairman are worried about being voted out…….Conversely, it could be a panic re-signing to curb all the backlash we’ve received for losing those aforementioned players.
I'm not clicking that....
Very silly
