Well the sticking point there is he's actually not an employee at all he club but a successful business men ( ex panthers legend ) who I believe sponsors the club

You don't seem to get the difference between offering someone payment to do something, and threatening to harm them (financially or physically) if they don't. Of course both are designed to influence behaviour. One is legal (as long as you are not paying them to commit a crime), the other is not. The young lady has her own lawyers, and if she doesn't want to talk to the other side, she doesn't have to. Nobody in this very grubby affair has covered themselves in glory.

And you don't seem to understand that just because you strong arm someone with a "reward" rather than an obvious threat, doesn't make for any less a coerced response....

Bryce made her the "victim" by coercing her the way he did, so he doesn't really have anyone to blame but himself. Who knows what she would have done had that not occurred? She may have taken exactly the same course of action and none of this would ever be an issue, but we'll never know because her f**k buddy decided to strong arm her with money and authority
