What about Erin Molan? She looks like Brent Tate with anorexia.Plenty of women on TV aren't attractive. Every women associated with league on TV is.
I am forecasting that Peats will become the next player to be hauled before the NRL over a twitter comment. Matter of time.
Wayne Bennett rule.Anyway how much would we prepared to pay Aaron Woods ?
I don't rate her at all. But I can see why plenty of blokes would.Lara Pitt is a good sort.
Wayne Bennett rule.
Never pay overs for a prop/middle forward.
They are seriously a dime a dozen.
Plays long minutes, good in attack and defence, has leadership qualities. I reckon $700k.Anyway how much would we prepared to pay Aaron Woods ?
You just summed up Tim Mannah except for the price tag.Plays long minutes, good in attack and defence, has leadership qualities. I reckon $700k.
That's not how payments scale though. It's not just relative quality (whether X player is Y times as good as Z player) but how you will be able to use him, given the other limitations beside the salary cap (i.e. only 13 players on the field, only five runs in most sets of six, etc). This is why the superstars get paid ten times as much as the worst player in their top 17. They are certainly not ten times the player, but you are able to construct your game plans to make them 10+ times as effective. But this means you have to artificially make other players less effective by reducing their involvement to accommodate the greater involvement of the stars. By making these other players less effective/involved you actually reduce their value.Agree. @ $1M Is he 5 times the player that Matagi is ? Computer says no.
Mannah is a poor man's Woods, and personally I wouldn't swap them, given Woods' likely price tag. Other clubs need Aaron Woods more than we do, so they should be able to pay more. You just summed up Tim Mannah except for the price tag.
