Now in his second year with W-T and how many games has he played in that time? 2-3 perhaps so offers NO value despite what he might be paid.

Believe he is playing centre now. What a backline if we get him but 15 other clubs will be chasing him too, particularly Roosters. Already Uncle Nick has sent his private jet to France to bring him back.

Yes, he would need to adjust there, and adjust his defence, but a backline of:

1. Gutherson
2. Sivo
3. Jennings
4. Radradra
5. Ferguson

Is very, very potent.

Only question is where do you play Waqa Blake?

In Jennings place. Why would you sign MJ if Semi was available?

Did I say he should play in the centres?? The merkin played dummy half for us V the Storms... I say it was too small a sample size to judge him on... Get it done BA....

Yes. He has a high work rate and throws a nice cut out pass. He is fine as our fullback. Players won't improve if keep moving them around.

I reckon both could play NRL now AMD would not be a noticeable difference between them and say Terepo or Evan's.
Next season most likely both will be equal or potentially better then those 2

Interestingly, in Sivo’s debut year his stats stack up pretty well with Semi’s last year with us in 2017. Obviously he doesn’t have the pure game breaking moments Semi did, but overall it’s a pretty good comparison. Keep in mind Semi was known to have some defensive brain farts at times as well.

Semi:
26 games
22 tries

I think people underestimate just how good Sivo is going for his rookie year.

If we don’t upgrade him (which we probably will) Sivo might not even be on that much.

Jennings is still one of the best defensive centres in the game.

I like the idea of Fergo and Sivo wingers, and Semi centre with a job description of hitup # 2 every set coming back. Saying all that, I am OK if Sivo was in reggies and replacing injured players. I mean you ALWAYS have injuries, look how much time Hoffman has had this year. I'd like to keep Jennings but if we could replace Radradra for Jennings, then I'd be good with that.

I think we need a bit of experience up front with Mannah leaving. Anyway, Welch would be a tremendous signing. What he does off the field is exactly what we are looking for.
