Yeah Moses would’ve jumped at that. He knew there was demand for Talagi, who has been on every club’s radar since Harold Matts. He wanted his client on the open market as early as possible. The only multi year contract would’ve been in the player’s favour anyway. There’s no tricking youngsters into signing long contracts for unders any more. Not if they’re good enough to have managers. The game has changed.

The issue is not how good Blaize is , the real fact is the club wanted to retain him and failed. Surely that falls on an inability to outline his future opportunities and set them out to his manager and family, that is the responsibility of the HOF, missed by that much !!
