Some interesting decisions for Ryles with the suspensions

Samrani in for Will is an easy choice I guess, but does he maybe play around with keeping Joash in the team either at 6 or on the wing with lomax pushing in.

Lussick can’t play 80, so I guess we get Hands on the bench too, I don’t want to see Hopgood playing at 9 again

The right thing to do is to start with Brown at 3 and Joash at 6. At least if he (Ryles) is serious about sorting out our number 6 for next year.

Having Brown in there gives a fall back if Joash doesnt work (I think he'll be ok) and Brown's running game and defence outwide will be more than suitable.

1. Iongi
2. Jac
3. Russell
4. Brown
5. Lomax
6. Papalii
7. Hawkins
8. Williams
9. Lussick
10. Paulo
11. Kelma
12. KK
13. Hopgood

14. Walker
15. Guymer
16. Samrani
17. Doorey

Lussick can play 80 mins.

Brown will love that. The less responsibility he’s got the better he goes.

FMD, we beat the team running last who are f**ken atrocious and considerations need to be given to whether their ongoing position in the NRL is warranted.
I understand, though with the expansive football we are playing will have many teams second guessing their defence, that’s all I’m saying, any team can be beaten on the day, closest competition for some time

If need to sub Lussick then move Brown to hooker and put Samrani to centre

He goes best when he can run at a retreating defence. If the defence isn’t going backwards, he can either take the hit up himself or dump it off to his edge forward. But he absolutely shines when he’s making 15+ runs a game, like a fullback.

We have a tough draw. I could comfortably name at least 9 sides that we will not finish ahead of.
