We’ve lost the NZ five-eighth and an Australian/NSW Origin winger and the recruitment team’s response is… nothing. Zero replacements, zero plan—just the embarrassing idea of Brian Kelly. Let that sink in.

There’s no depth out wide whatsoever, and these geniuses expect a midget to eventually partner Moses in his prime and somehow end a 40-year drought. This isn’t roster management, it’s professional negligence.

Lorenzo is in the matt arthur weight class, tough to see how hes gonna survive in the NRL

He will not make NRL. Fletcher may, he f**king won’t.

I will go and watch him next year and give you my thoughts. But I reckon Bamblet might be the one. I also wouldn't rule Volkman out. Eveytime I watched cup last year he was the standout. He is still only 22/23

Another who can’t go on the rides at Luna Park.

He is listed at 179cm and 91kgs (.unsure how legit) so a lot bigger then Joash and Lorenzo's oil.
He started season age 22 and stayed fit which was possitive. He missed most of 2022 when he was 19 and I think all of 2024 when turned 21.
He is a roughie. And shouldn't be completely ruled out yet. He goes ok

Our recuitment has been average for a while.

An easy cop out is the BA coaching.

But I said it at the time

Every sporting organistation when they move on the coach move on the HOF or GM so to speak.

Even if BA and MON hated each other.

If your going for a full reset you have to do it across the board.

I would have offered Paul Bunn the melbourne recruitment bloke who was off contract an Alan Bond deal for recruitment managers and got a new HOF.

MON has been there since 2019 probably has a pass mark at the 2022 GF

But there have been numerous shockers since then that deserve as much scruitny as BA's coaching does and it goes hand in hand.

Gutho may have f**ked us over for ages but our negoations with him were a symptom of how we offered deals to a lot of players including our own under MON.

Lowball the shit out of them at start and then find a middle a ground.

But is that really good business get the players and managers offside at the Kick off basically.

How about find the right price from the get go that there not even looking at the market.

Personally, I'm not sure the answer is to go after officials from other clubs with big-money offers.

There's a reason why they choose to stay at certain clubs...

I can see the merit in it, but until the NRL becomes a completely level playing field, I don't see it happening.

JIM THE MOWER MAN AND MON.

What an absolute joke they are. Again and again the fail. They can’t sell the club because they don’t know what they are f**king doing. They are the embarrassment to the club. They are the laughing stock of the NRL.

How do we get rid of these embarrassments? what the f**k are we doing with these imposters at our club?

They can’t sell the club because they have no skin in the game. They aren’t passionate about the club. They are freaking just rubbish bean counting administrators.

The ridiculous part is that MON in the interview with TCT praised the contribution of Ben Rogers as the list manager. The list is so out of balance it will probably fall over.

Seems to be an internal love fest without seeing the real world. Pou will, sugar coat any thing, but chasing so called elite players and failing is just not what they get paid for. Embarrassing and how much better was most of the time under Brian Smith compared to the last 6/8 years by this admin. Should be an opportunity for an internal review of performance of the so called front office in football terms against our peers.
