Personally I want to see the team perform with the current pack. I think there is enough talent there. I also expect Sione Fainu to be signed.

I think this season comes down to the coaching staff getting the team performing. I think it's all on them and they have enough to work with.
Yeh sorta agree with this Tiger, especially if players like your avatar step up a gear.
I think players like him will need to play practically the whole game.

Yep.

But I think we remain in a bit of a crisis mode until we secure at least a factory pack.

This inevitably means we have to take some risks and pull out the dusty wallet.

Sell the dream of achieving 9th within 5 years.

It’s time for Richo to start up his spin machine at full bore.

I want to see him in full training with some preseason fibbing and bullshitting at potential new recruits.

Tell them and their managers anything and change the story when they’ve moved to Oran Park and it’s all too late.

We’ve tried all this honourable club stuff and we cant stand upright anymore.

We need some genuine bastard in us over the off season.
Oh If only we could recreate our glory days of securing 9th place with a crucial lose at Leichhardt Oval again... i miss them days as well TSP ☹️

Only if he plays on an edge. The edge backrowers regularly play 80 minutes. Seyfarth can do that. Samuela Fainu will have to do that as well.

Personally I'd have Bird and Fainu as edge backrowers but who knows.

If it’s any consolation I met a relative of Seyfarths today and Alex is a very happy Wests Tiger and is desperate to be in the run on side next season.

I relayed the memberships love and respect for Alex and that he was a definitely a favourite.

She had a shot at another WT player but I’m not into a scandal.

Alex likes to dominate she said.

He’s a got a bit of a way to go, but that’s a good start.

Absolutely.

Im not being a wet blanket, but at the moment, our pack is a circus highlights reel.

And beyond that, if I’m a betting man, we don’t have enough talent in the coaching ranks to make the requisite improvements for our good kids. It’s a wing and a prayer to expect Benji and Co to markedly improve. Why we couldn’t get the likes of a Neil Henry, Matthew Head or Hook on board to advise and assist is beyond me.

And yet, we have fantastic halves and a massive upgrade in the backline.

The Sully payout should put everyone on notice, that we are desperate to wad up to improve our imported stocks.

Today the dog and I got our 2025 membership notices along with the number of a doctor specialising in Stockholm Syndrome.

I want it known for the forum record @macnaz that I’ve only signed on again so I can criticise the club with a clear conscience.

I think we will do better than last year hahaha
And I don't think the new signings are finished.

I signed on again because I opted for automatic subscription renewal.
The real reason is I want to put my redemption points towards buying this year's Indigenous Rd jersey and give it to my indigenous aussie cousin.
He's doing it tough and will be thrilled to get it. He's never stops talking about Larry Corowa and has been a tiger fan all his life.
He's older than me and can still run...bastard :)

The term edge and middle is a loose term used these days as all the fwds share the middle (tough stuff) in D.
They say edge because these players don't get stuck on their heels and shift along the line.
There are some backs bigger than fwds.... David Fafita spends 70% of the game in attack parked out in the centres for the GC then ventures into the "middle" to mark Haas.
Nikora for the Sharks typifies a true edge type player as he plays most of the game, is an attacking weapon and can bring a bull down.
My point is Alex is capable if being a taller, bigger version of Nikora but atm he still is playing like a middle.
Now if we signed a big bopper then our edges wouldn't fold as easily as they have done and Alex could stick to that role of roaming the line a bit more.

I had to phone in and secure the punishment.

I didn’t like the auto renewal, because I had my legal doubts about this measure as I never originally contracted for it.

I blocked the club from helping itself, not with them either.

Richo I walk into the mess again voluntarily, not because you have your grubby hand in my pocket, feeling around without my permission or consent.

Its a form of assault occasioning actual financial harm and disrespectful.

I’m not a miser, but this is not how one does business. We would never do it at my work.

Dragons search for halfback hits major hurdle as star’s move shut down

--------------------------
Sullivan might be back there yet?
Now does anyone believe me :)
It's a no brainer. As long as we can pay then bye bye.
What do Saints stand to lose? They have a spot available so I can't see any other hurdles.
Has Hunt joined the Roosters yet.
They have more cap space now.

A stunning interview during finals, where Roosters star Terrell May admitted his lack of motivation to play, has been revealed as the catalyst for his looming shock exit from the club.
In particular the four words “I don’t wanna play” have been pin-pointed as the final straw for the Roosters, who are looking to build a better culture in the club.

If they are interested in him, they need to get this clarified?

Fascinating! With the issues around his brothers who can blame him for not wanting to turn up to work sometimes?

Hand on heart, who hasn’t wished the same thing, woke up and said bugger it?

I would have thought his employer would have, could have should have shown more compassion.

Go chase him Benji and I’d be happy to give him a week off every six weeks, as long it was performance based.
