Rumours (signings, sackings & other NRL stuff)

Turuva has the fb basics, just needs the training and practice.

May could manage it too at a squeeze due to embedded quality.

I think it’s ok to switch positions with the top tier if the basics are apparent.

Sometimes that’s better than dipping into fringies and youngsters.

But as coach Flanno said, you select on game plan on each occasion based in good part on your opponents and what they bring.

This notion of the single best side always plays is not always true.

Thus depth and the roster can be as critical as marquee. A couple of players like Terrell pose questions to this thesis. But they are extraordinary.

I don’t see Benji categorically saying he wants Bulla to stay .. I’m seeing 20 for 80 against.. and M well he’s just settling in and calming the waters. He will go with Benji wants. Benjis holding his cards to his chest. Clever..

It wasn't that long ago that you were slamming Benji TSP 🤔 I'm unsure where you stand in all this apart from the decapitation of Bula.
However it's not the first time you've been right, gotta love ya passion .
What a load of shit.. A guy shows some love for Benji and humility and you criticise just because someone didn’t agree with you..handle it !!! You’re unsure of most things even when spelt out to you!

Lose me fk u on about?
He might complain and the LU folk get antsy.

I was banned on LU once for sledging a liar. I was accused of being unkind to the poster on another forum, which I was totally innocent of. Someone had stolen my name.

So after I was wrongfully banned, I went on the other forum and decided that I would actually sledge that stupid LU poster. If I was getting blamed for it, i thought that I may as well commit the crime.

I ended up getting on quite well with my imposter. We had a good time.

Ps: It wasn’t our WT mods who threw me under the bus.

Anyway, I like your lateral thinking, a bit of edge, so I don’t want you in any trouble.

Nuts thinks he’s the commander in chief..

No that’s yours and Nutz world of how many lives you have left, and no self control. I just call a spade a spade. They don’t mind that. Esp when it’s directed at someone of Nutz calibre

May could play any position in the back line and excell

I think he is solely an outside back and not a spine player. He is just a hard runner with good balance and some speed. We need that. I just wouldn't move him to fullback or the halves.

Nutz is good value. I don’t take his criticism personally ever. We can fight like cats and dogs but then shake hands.

We all want to see the club do well, different ideas on the journey.

Anyway, I attended the riot on behalf of everyone here on our forum.

I was only disappointed that we didn’t go further and cause the trouble at the club.

As I reported, the HBG they had plenty of guards and stuff.

If the organisers had given us the word to go, it was probably on for young and old.

If Blocker had marched up with us, we would have definitely occupied Wests Ashfield.

His mere presence is inspiring.

He’s a shit stirrer of the highest order. And so blatant.. Beyond what’s redeemable. For me anyway.. He expected, neaded a knockout but for me the method was a weakness in itself..
That’s very harsh.

Can we hold a peace summit?

Enter the season with the usual upsets but without any personal swipes and things.

I could you give a list of people on LU who I think judging from their hate, bullying and bad humour are human pigs and social deviants and I would never talk to them in the real world.

None of them appear here on our WT forum.

It’s a sanctuary in that regard.

According to ZeroTackle these guys are free to walk in '27.
Skelton's - contract seems quick.
Jack Bird won't be retained imo as he was given permission to walk already.
Will Craig made the development list last year, help @AKA Das Hassler
Sione Fainu - depending on his form this year maybe retained.
Mavrik Geyer
Tristan Hope - he's a good foil for Api
Kit Laulili - he moved into the op 30 in '24 and hasn't been seen really.
Heath Mason - good depth for several positions.
Solomone Saukuru - a big centre but has a few in front of him.
Jeral Skelton - this has been quick.
Tony Sukkar - playing good footy and played about 16 games already??
How accurate is this list?

I'm getting vibes that he is going to stay. This year' success/failure may effect a few players decision to commit or go.

The only one who we should definitely keep is Sione assuming he kills it this season. I like Skelton but with Makasini coming into the team someone will have to drop out.
