We're f**king kidding ourselves if we sign Scott. Massive demons off the field & hasn't got the talent on the field to overlook them. His defence in the games he's played has been woeful. Haven't we learnt our lesson about taking centres from Canberra they no longer want. Ricky will put up with a tonne of merkin'es from a player off the field so long as they justify it on the field. Canberra willing to wear a hit to be rid of him is a massive red flag.

The Wests Tigers coach also commented on the media reports that have linked the club with Raiders centre Curtis Scott — shutting down any suggestion of him joining the club.

I just watched the interview with Madge. He didn't shut it down he simply stated that Scott is contracted to the Raiders therefore not in WT plans. It was literally the textbook answer coaches give when they don't want to confirm or deny it.

Just listened to Madge's press conference. If we where 6 weeks in, maybe 10 I would dream that what he was saying held some credibility. Season nearly over and it seams I have been hearing this over and over with no sign of improvement at all.
