i was flicking over from the simpsons and it, and it just couldnt hold my attention. too many stoppages, too many penalty goals. i

i had better things to do last night than watch that rubbish, i still don't even know who won.

Rugby League the real game of Rugby whats this union tripe.

I came up with

15 mins 02 seconds in first 40 minutes
17 mins 19 seconds in second 40.

48 mins of a game of 80 went missing with stoppages.

Lineouts, scrums, penalities, drop outs etc.

BORING.

I wasnt surprised one bit at the level of boredom that game produced. I tried to watch it, considering it is a world cup, but 5 minutes later i was gone, started watching channel 9's movie!

I really tryed to get everyone into the rugby world cup.. but we were all bored after the first 20 minutes.

It won't get interesting until the last 3 or 4 games.

I just stayed online,readin the forums,every 10 mins or so I went out to the bed room to check the score as it wasnt on in our lounge room as the kids didnt wanna watch it either

I stll don't understand why they call it the running game. When finally it looks like its getting interesting with a team attacking, there is a penalty or some other stoppage and I lose interest

Yeah i agree i thought it was boring...I attempted to watch it but dat lasted for like 10 min at da max. The only good game will be Australia vs. NZ i think.

Yep, that game NZ v Italy was a beaut! A flogging in one side contest that shows what a joke the whole thing is. John O'Neil deserves an award or something from the ARU for convincing so many people that this rubbish is something they should pay to watch.
