Hard to fathom that the cricket season is starting in September. They usually leave it until all the footy finals are over. Mind you at the start of the footy season they tend to overlap. Undoubtedly to do with the BBL.

We were 3/118 after 33 overs.

Thanks to an unbeaten 99 from Smith and 78 Henriques we scored 162 runs off the last 17 overs.

I was astonished they weren't covering. I crashed on the sofa this arvo thinking that now that footy season is over, what else could they possibly be covering? I was sadly disappointed.

I don't think Fox is covering any cricket until the end of next month or something.

Yet they had an English One dayer replay on. They would of known with the sixers & Scorchers in the T20 Champions League along with the BBL that an early start was possible.

Anyway good NSW performance. Bollinger bowled well from reports.
