Does anyone know if or when the draws for these competitions are released? I know the competitions begin on the 28th February, so I thought the draw would've been worked out by now.

Is it back to a full competition. I don;t think the Matts Carnival did the tournament justice. I'd rather see a decent comp again. Cost cutting is a nasty thing.

From what I understand both competitions will run for eight competition rounds and then go into their respective Quarter finals. Jersey Flegg's going for the whole year thank goodness. Last years Harold Matts comp did sound a bit ludicrous with teams having to play four games on the Saturday and then Quarter and Semi Finals on the Sunday. This year's setup sounds like a fairer test of talent.
