I for one would love to know exactly what Flanno has been responsible for thus far and what he is responsible for between now & the end of the season.

We know he is there but exactly what he does is a bit of a mystery and it would be good to have that clarified.

Big Gus instigated his inclusion at our club and we have now sacked our coach so time to fess up IMO.

Happy to feel the love if warranted but happy to move on if required.

Admitting to the value of Flanagan and the good work he has done this season would be an exercise in praising a competitor to Dean Young. We all know that Flanagan is a premiership-winning coach. And Young?

Now that Dean Young has been appointed interim coach, I'd be more interested in what he has done over the past 6 years and specifically this season. I mean what is the justification of giving him the opportunity to become head coach.
