Well need to shut this thread down soon. Saints look like signing Barrett and Furner to be Mary’s assistants next year, so it’s all good.

With so much first grade coaching experience, the 2020 premiership is over before it begins.

Ladies and gentlemen!

"Once more unto the Breach!" yelled our fearless coach and magnificent leader - McGenius! Something about Mary showed how beating the Titans by 12 points inspired him to work another 65 hour week slaving away at game plans, tactical moves and studying our opponent fastidiously.

And didn't it show! Hit up. Hit up. One wide and under. Two wide into a second rower. Bomb! What a game plan! McGenius.

Tim Sheens might have played Daniel Fitzhenry as a bench hooker in 2010, but McGenius has consistently picked the worst defensive centre and worst prop forward in the NRL throughout the year in Aitken and Plodimore to play at first grade over young talent in the lower grades.

Saints are completely and utterly f**ked. I don't give a shit what you Cowboys and Titans fans dare to come up with as excuses for your teams achieving lower ladder positions than we have; at least you have boards that will not only sack your coach (in the case of Paul Green, it seems inevitable that it will happen) in the pursuit of excellence, but have standards set to achieve better results.

BJ is willing to swallow McGenius' load week after week like he is some sort of footballing god.

Hail Mary!

From the 2nd minute of the latest instalment of "Saints are f**ked" I knew it wasn't going to be our day. From the bumbling and fumbling until the lost looks on all their faces when Xerri gets a gift try to win the game I thought to myself "you dumb f**ks deserve that" (except for McInnes). No matter how many Fail Mary banners are waved at games, the atrocious standard is now the benchmark and nothing will change. Not buying a membership will not change it. The club will tell you that you are not a real supporter. Firing assistants will not change anything. Ranting on social media does nothing Even getting rep quality players won't change anything either.
It feels like every week is just finding a deeper depth of darkness. This club is now an embarrassment to it's heritage and to the sport of rugby league. Every rugby league fan knows how it feels to have a lean season or a few, but when you lose hope before you ever had any and knowing there is no change in the foreseeable future is soul destroying.
See you next week.

Mate, he works 12-14 hours a day to come up with game plans. Give the guy a break.
