Saints block desperate Wigan move

This is a fantastic gesture by St Helens. Spotting their local rivals are in spot of relegation trouble and without SeuSeu, Hansen, Paeleasina, Logan and Hock, Saints have today blocked a loan move for Castleford's Keith Mason.

Saints know Mason isn't up to the level required of a Wigan player and have prevented the move.

Wigan will face the next couple of games with only Bryn Hargreaves in the props who is fully fit, unless they can find anyone else.

I know we are all laughing at wigan's demise, but seriously if the ESL loses wigan it will lose a lot of cash. Lets face it they put bums on seats, money in the bank.

Brendothejet, they will not go down, unfortunately. They are not nearly as badly off as they make out. They have internationals throughout the squad and will be tough to beat at home.

They will finish comfortably away from relegation and could yet push for a spot in the top 6.

They should just put Fletcher into the front row. He'd be one of the better forwards in the ESL.

I thought Prescott was still fit? At least they'll have two. Move Fletcher up front for 3 and they'll be ok. I suppose Millward could always play Kevin Brown there, he's played him everywhere else, why not prop foward :lol:.
