The NRL has announced that the St.George Bank Dragons will meet the Wests Tigers at OKI Jubilee Stadium on Sunday, 26 June. Kick-off has been scheduled for 2:30pm.
In 2004, the Dragons thrashed the Wests Tigers at Kogarah by 50-0 in front of 16,915 supporters. Mark Gasnier scored four scintillating tries as the Saints annihilated their opposition.
The result of this match continued the domination of the Saints over both Wests and the Tigers at Kogarah. The Tigers won 10 of their 29 matches at Kogarah between 1950 and 1998, while Wests were victorious in only 8 of their 35 matches at Kogarah between 1952 and 1998.
It is expected that Kogarah will host another capacity crowd for this match. Tickets can now be purchased at:
