Anyone else think Daniel Anderson is trying his best to look like David Brent? :D

Solid game as usual by Saints, will be interesting to see if anything comes of Leon Pryce's knee injury.

Warrington let down by a few vital mistakes, Bridge's injury had a big effect as Sullivan's just trying too hard and coming up empty.

The Entertainers role on to the next match.. while others around suffer against medicore opposition.

Is there any stopping the mighty Saints ?

Leo Pryce was walking on he's leg after the match but had a slight limp - i'd rest him for a couple of weeks... play Scott Moore at stand off.

francis meli must love it over there. 2 weekends now that we,ve seen him and he's performed better than he did the whole of last season.

Was a very interesting game, do they have underground heating ?

someone should tell iddi and stivo the difference between henry fastafilli and meli :)

dont the kiwis make the ESL shine ??

Half the field might have had underground heating.

Wigan must, given they have a major soccer team. Going by that theory i assume Hull do, as well as most of the newer stadiums, like Huddersfield.

I doubt dumps like Belle Vue do though.

And obviously Headingley doesn't.

It was a strange day, just started dumping snow in the middle of York at 2pm. Got down to -3 here overnight, would have been colder in Hull. My guess is the snow moved through Lancashire earlier, giving a bit more time for their grounds to melt than in Leeds.

Bright and sunny today though :D

Headingley had undersoil heating in the 1960s. Perhaps they haven't been paying their bills.

Until fairly recently, it was the best pitch in the country. God knows what they've done with it.

Maybe someone forgot to switch it on. The press release sounds strange, saying "something like the RFL would investigate circumstances around the postponement"... like they didn't think the game should have been in jeopardy?

Most Kiwis do make super league better because they're internationals instead of some no hopers like half the Aussies.Meli is playing OK but i expect him to really shine when the sun comes out.

i agree with you stifmeister tho i was hoping for a stir up over the kiwis making the esl shine. :)

most (if not all) the kiwis playing esl would slot into the kiwi team no trouble.

on the other hand 99.9% of the aussies are there on an early retirement plan keeping the young brits out of the teams.

Not nuffies like Fa'afili, he's HOPELESS. And what about Rauhihi? He even admits he's over there for the money, and he's already injured. David Vaealiki is one of the highest paid players in the world, and isn't he earning it..

Big name Aussie recruits generally don't do well but alot of rejects go superbly in the ESL. However there are just as many dud kiwis in the ESL as there are Aussies.

23 tries last season and 6 in 4 games this year would suggest he's doing ok. As for Rauhihi, we'll have to see.
