I will admit I didn't even know Sam had been charged. Following is from the NRL's website -
Moa to fight charge at judiciary
Tue 16 Jun, 2015, 1:06pm
Roosters prop Sam Moa will head to the NRL judiciary on Thursday night in a hope to overturn his Grade 1 Contrary Conduct charge in a bid to avoid a one-game suspension.
The Tonga international was charged for contrary conduct contact with a match official in the fourth minute of his side's dramatic 25-21 victory over the Warriors at Mt Smart Stadium on Saturday night.
Moa will plead not guilty on Thursday night.
Prior non-similar offences in the last two years has added 40 per cent loading to the base penalty for the charge, with Moa looking at a week on the sidelines if he is found guilty at the judiciary.
