Welcome kids to a brand new FFB segment, where each week i will highlight the accolades of celebrities who i feel deserve recognition for their contribution to society as we know it..
This week Samwise' Salute goes to that master of sparkle, Beven Addinsall.
Beven started his career at age 10 with the hit TV series Young Talent Time where he spent the next six years and became a household name. He then moved on to the acclaimed Seven Little Australians. In 1998 Beven released his first solo album, which won him critical success internationally. He was such a part of the industry that in 2000 Rove Lives Peter Hellier wrote the song Beven: The Musical that rocketed to no. 1 on the Triple J charts. Beven has also performed with Bachelor Girl, Ross Wilson, Rhonda Burchmore and James Reyne. He has appeared in many TV shows including Good Morning Australia, New Generation (filmed for the US market), Cavalcade of Stars, The Hub, and The Ray Martin Show. I hope all will join me in my salute to Lemon coloured slacks, sequinned dinner jackets, once blonder than blonde mullets, and child exploitation at its finest.
:alcho: Lets all have a beer for Beven!!!
