His career highlight is scoring the GP try vs the Storm in 2003.
Broncos never won a game after that

It is true that his defence improved dramatically at the Cowboys. Still didn't offer much flair in attack though.

i'll miss lurch, also a tall lanky guy on my touch football team is nicknamed "minto" so that will lose meaning after a while. :(

Scott Minto. Born in Rockhampton, and plucked not from reserve grade but from the WIN TV studios in Rocky where he was a camera operator. He exploded into the first grade scene for the Broncos in the #18 jersey against the Wests Tigers at Campbelltown in 2002. He didn't score that day but the Broncos won 28-24. He was just 23 years old.

In all he made 53 appearances in the NRL, scoring 15 unforgettable tries.

He was also Melbourne's nemesis. Of all the teams he lined up against, he scored the most against them with 3 tries, least of all the one Saab mentioned earlier to win a golden point match.

We'll miss you, mate.

Quite a shock to be honest. Saw him outside the SFS with Sione Faumuina and he seemed happy to chat to fans and what not...

Charlie (Cowboy Charlie :p) did you sort him out?

As for memories I have three...

Last minute try against Raiders in 2003.

GP Try against Storm

A nice flick pass to Boyd to seal a Broncos win.
