Someone else said it, but in arguably our most important game of the year (spoon bowl) he basically admitted he didn’t have a game plan, except to just play footy?
He had a bunch of kids playing.
Plus going on a holiday when we had a bye round.
Not good enough.

I like to have the same level of belief as u but nahWell, our off season is done and dusted, time to get back into the pre-season.
The f**kers have got me believing again, that this season will be different.
One of us will be wrong then hahahaI like to have the same level of belief as u but nah
I'd be willing to take my chair down to the COE and watch them train to exhaustion, near death even, as punishment for making me a miserable old frustrated supporter. One of us will be wrong then hahaha
Hopefully it’s meOne of us will be wrong then hahaha

Just another angle with the squad for next year. Providing Api can serve his suspension in rep games and we dont sign anyone else, these are my thoughts.
Bird as a ball playing lock, also covers for a reshuffle to the backs if there is an injury during the game.
Latu Fainu comes on to give Api a spell in 2nd half. Also covers for the halves if they are injured.
Hunt comes on as an impact forward to replace Klemmer. Pole for Seyfarth.
1. Jahream Bula
2. Jeral Skelton
3. Starford To'a
4. Justin Olam
5. Sunia Turuva
6. Lachlan Galvin
7. Jarome Luai
8. Alex Seyfarth
9. Apisai Koroisau (C)
10. David Klemmer
11. John Bateman
12. Samuela Fainu
13. Jack Bird
Interchange 14. Latu Fainu 15. Royce Hunt 16. Alex Twal 17. Fonua Pole
Rest of squad
I can't settle on this list as the club hasn't gone firm on the top 30 as of yet.
18. Jayden Sullivan 19. Tallyn Da Silva 20. Josh Feledy 21. Chris Faagutu 22. Brent Naden 23. Solomone Saukuru 24. Tony Sukkar 25. Luke Laulilii 26. Adam Doueihi 27.Jordan Miller 28. Justin Matamua 29. Kit Laulilii 30. Charlie Staines 31. Adam Doueihi 32. Solomona Faataape
Cheers mate, I deleted his twin brotherTop 30 sorted for next year, we really need to free some spots up. Faataape as yet doesnt have a contract and you have Doeuihi listed twice, so thats the 30.
As a guess:
Sullivan
Faagutu
Naden
Saukuru
Staines
Matamua
Would have been told they are free to leave. I think Feledy and Sukkar would too if they had an offer.
For Development Heath Mason and Alex Lobb have one. Ive been told Balmain Jnr Alex Haywood does too. So a few more spots available there
No, I think he;s managed horribly. He had a 3 week stint last year where he was 18th man for first grade every week and didnt play nsw cup. Ridiculous for a young guy. The way he plays is going to take longer to adjust. Hes very skillful and a genuine ball playing 13. I would like the club to keep him, however he finished the year playing off the bench for nsw cup, so guessing hes out of favour.Cheers mate, I deleted his twin brother
Do you think we've managed Matamua properly? I thought he was a gun in pathways, but ever since he debuted for NRL he's been relatively quiet.

Agree, we are a development club, but we need to be competitive, otherwise good development players will leave, if they get offers from better clubs.I really don't know the answer.
I think the biggest issue for these sort of guys is the coaching merry go round. Regardless of what Sheens and Marshall have said about WT being a development club it's not totally true.
A coach will always protect his butt by getting a roster that has the best chance of winning now and not the future and players like Matamua get squeezed out by players like Batemen.
I think we have 1 over because Tumeth isn't listed and I thought he had a top 30 spot for next season. I'd love to be wrong.
We also haven't signed Faataape or Sione Fainu.
I reckon the following players are on the chopping block:-
John Bateman
Jayden Sullivan
Brandon Tumeth
Solomone Saukuru
Adam Doueihi
Brent Naden
Charlie Staines
I think Staines is the pick of the players there but we have two new wingers coming in. Bateman and Sullivan are probably good players but we are paying massive overs for what they offer us.
