I liked the bit that he said about hugging.
Coffee or mask?
I have a mask with '5G Shield' written over the front of it.
I’m ready for the cricket.
USA hit 4,000+ deaths in a day and 250,000 cases a day for last 2 days.
Generaly it takes about 3 week for case numbers to result in the deaths.
And these 3,500+ deaths a day where from a time when about 150,000 cases a day where an average.
With 60 million people flying over Christmas they predicted a wild spread. I guess now is the aftermath of this.
Potential for 5,000-6,000 deaths a day. In excess of 30,000 in a week.
I said a few months back if they got out of this with half a million deaths it might be as good an outcome possible. I can not see it staying under that amount now. Considering deaths didn't start untill late March 2020 the 1/2mill deaths across a 12mth period seems very likely.
Just a bad flu. It will just disappear.
Ask I'm a Loser Baby. He's the expert on the numbers.
Here’s some more numbers I just heard on the abc whilst in the car. In the USA a covid + grandmother is 10,000 times more likely to die than her covid + 15 year grandchild.
What if she became a grannie at 35 years old? Plenty of parts of Baltimore and Atlanta where that is not uncommon.
At 35, she’s pretty much reached the life expectancy for her cohort with fetal alcohol syndrome anyway.
Super strain lose in QLD. Going into lockdown.
Yep and the infection of these support crews of the hotel quarrantine merkins is an example of how difficult it would be to “protect the elderly and those with comorbidities” as many in the antilockdown camp chant. Imagine the impossible task if a few hundred in hotel quarantine expanded to a few hundred thousand nan, pops and merkins with diabetes, obesity etc etc.
All good, weather is shitty at the moment. Apparently everyone is taking a lot of dumps over the weekend though.
Hasn't stopped the masses trying to flee the city before zero hour.
does 3 days achieve anything?
We should lock em out of NSW .... f**k of muthaf**kers
(yes I know they aren't necessarily coming to NSW - but f**k em)
It gives them time to do the proper contact tracing and testing and prevent any further spread.
Unfortunately, people fleeing the city and panic buying sort of defeats the purpose.
