Senior Aussie Rules Club's in St George/ Sutherland Shire??

Can someone advise me of any senior aussie rules clubs in the St George/Sutherland Shire region. Im keen to have a kick next season however dont know were the clubs are?
I know there's one at Taren point, however after some research I found out it was only for up to 16yrs.

The team at Taren Point is the Southen Sharks, and they have a senior squad in the Sydeny 1st Division (firsts and ressies).
