It's definitely not a 'move on' scenario but if recent updates suggest the severity is not as bad as first thought, then the hysteria should be nipped in the bud a bit. Adequate investigation and punishments, if any, should be dealt out based on the facts, not media inflammation.

I explained I had a couple of wood carving souvenirs. I think they were appreciative of my honesty and waved me through. I had heaps of dodgy cheap pirated DVD's, PS2 games, computer software and music CD's that were all the rage back in the day in my bag.
