Also showed a pretty strange tatoo on McGoldricks arm of what looked like a couple of Rottweillers heads.

Nope. I saw the news thing as well and by all indications from Franze and McGoldrick, Vagana has the other centre spot all taken up.

Also in todays leader is a story and stats on the Parra trial. Bit too long to transcribe without a scanner. It was revealed Beattie missed the trial with an infection, didn't say where, which required hospital treatment. He also says he's very optimistic about the season to come and new recruits.

Thats a ridiculous thing to say. Depth wins premierships. I am not saying Kent should be in the first 17 but he is a very reasonable back up. Him being injured weakens us.
