Has Williams been sacked? There was a story in Tuesdays Leader quoting Steve Rogers saying he 'will be sacked'. The only thing I find disturbing is the guy has not had his day in court. Surely he should have his side of the story heard.

Whats the go with this Michael Russo guy? He came with big wraps.

I think our talent scout should be sacked, released or whatever.

You would think we could find a couple of 17 / 18 yo kiwi fowards that we could develop, like most other clubs have.

Maybe instead of going after old almost over the hill players, we should adopt a youth policy, scout around aus / nz look for the talent and sign them to scholarships. May mean a while before we are contenders, but in the long run it would be a lot better. Works very well for the Broncos.

Dumas is going to be fantastic for us, Simmons should come on nicely, I'd even like to see him groomed as a centre, while Peachy remains at the club, he can bust a tackle and has good speed. Not to sure about aitken, i can't see him being a super star in the top grade. As for the rest of our younsters, i can't see any of them being more than just an average player.

Surley we would easily win Flegg with our top side. Many of our Flegg players are also young and eligible to go around next year too. We have an excellent group of juniors coming through at the moment. The groundwork has been done they just have to be developed into quality first graders. Its easier said than done but we have enough quality youngsters coming through to make us a real premiership force in the coming years.
Our talent scout is doing just fine plus we are lucky to have such a talented bunch of local juniors on the scene at the same time.

From what i have heard Kent is not going anywhere the club has a good opinion of him, i dont know what the club thinks of Russo.
