In further positive news comes the confirmation that Parramatta Eels halfback Jeff Robson has signed on with the Hisense Sharks for two years, commencing at the start of the 2012 season.

A halfback with more than 60 NRL games under his belt at the Manly and now Parramatta clubs, Robson’s experience will be invaluable in assisting the crop of outstanding young halves already committed to the Sharks in the coming years.

yes, but me thinks that might be the way the wind is blowing in RL right now, one hooker who plays 80 mins (like the old days mind you) with an extra forward off the bench

i just cant believe this guy still got a first grade contract. Either hasler, anderson & kearney couldnt get the best out of him & are bad coaches or flanagan sees something that 99% of the rugby league world cant see

Hopefully that means we now re-sign Maguire, because I think we'll be going into 2012 very light in the halves with just Sandow, a recently unproven Roberts, and a not really up to it Morts as our only halves options.
