He is playing in the NSW cup GF. Cleary probably doesn't want to mess with a winning side.

edit: Just had a look at the team lists, not in the Vulcans side. Maybe he is injured.

Is he eligible for the vulcans? Played any previous semi's for them as you need a certain % of games played in the season to be allowed don't you?

If the first grade side is participating, I think it is free for all for vulcan selection. Fair enough too. Mr Berrigan has played in a few grand finals.

Fair enough. He isn't listed as an injured player for this weeks GF, but that doesn't mean much.

He has a clause in his contract that activates a second year in his favour if he plays 20 games this season.

He has played 19.

Tha has nothing to do with it. Berrigan has said a couple of times publically that if he got the 20th game he would not demand for that clause to be activated. It'd be a new contract or nothing. I understand he's looking at the Raiders for 2012.

It all comes down to injury, he was fitting in well with Joel Moon in the centres before both got injured.

Kirk V1.2.
Not that i blame the warriors they are going gangbusters without him, and quite frankly, id love to see him at the raiders. Good for both parties

Not sure about Shaun though!

I'd be happy enough if he stayed TBH. He holds the edge together quite well. I thought Bill Tupou learned a lot defensively playing outside of Shaun.

Summed up why id love to see him at the raiders. Our inexperienced outside backs could learn a lot him, not only defensively but Croker and Thompson need a crash course in how to set up their outside man. Fergo is being wasted outside these guys at the moment
